I like country, hip-hop, and rap music. Country has a type of music that has a lot of meaning in each songs and you can understand everything they say. Rap and hip-hop music has a good beat to listen and dance too.
My favorite artist would have to Jordin Sparks or Drake. I like these two artist because they put a lot of emotion in their songs and they sing about things that a lot of people can relate to.
My least favorite song is Friday by Rebecca Black. I see no point in this song besides to just annoy people.
My mom listens to some of the oldies, but most of the time she listens to the music I listen too. I don't really care what kinda of music my mom listens to. I mean it's her choice and she is my mom so if she wants to listen to it then I can't really tell her not to.For the most part though I approve. My mom likes some of my music but a couple of songs she doesn't care for.

Principles of Right and Wrong in the Society Today
I think that today we are a lot more tolerant than what people used to be. Now days their are more shows that are less discrete about what they show on it. They show more sexual scenes, and foul language. Desperate Housewives is a really good example of a show that shows way to much for a certain age. It pretty much revolves around sex and foul language. When my mom was a kid she said she never saw shows like this. The shows that used to be the X rated shows are now the PG13 movies. If this is what the world is like now, what can we expect the future to be like?

We Still Have Hope
I can only imagine what it must have been like to be there on the day of 9/11. All the things that must have been going through people's minds, the emotions, and the frantic rushing around from place to place. It must have been terrible. I know every time I hear about it I almost cry. The one thing we have to remember, that everyone that tragic day had to remember is we have to have hope! We can look to the smallest things or to things that matter to us. We need to remember to look to something to remind us that even though they tried to bring us down we are still standing. When I saw this photo I thought it described my every thought of what hope we need to think of. The flag, our flag, represents so much in our states. It represents our freedom, our lives, and our hope! Remember 9/11 and never forget we still had hope that day, so we can have hope in anything.

A Few of My Activities
From the time I could sit up by myself my mom had me in a saddle on the back of a horse. Those memories are very vague but still to this day I enjoy taking my horse out for a ride. On most of the weekends I'm off to go barrel race for Sue Barrington. Like most of my activities someone close to me got me started on them. My sister was always crazy about basketball. I idolized my sister wanting to do everything she did. So I started playing basketball and I soon fell in love with it. I admit I'm not great at basketball but I do try to do my best with everything I do so I never gave up. The thing I love to do most though is to hang out with my friends. I'm a pretty shy person but with my friends I can be loud and obnoxious. I know who I am and I'm not ashamed of that. I just find it easier to relax and be more myself around my friends. I love my life, and the people in it make it all the more interesting.
