High School Drop Out? Ehh, Let's NOT.
I knew that she had good reasons for wanting to drop out, but that didn't mean that she should. She looked at me with tears in her eyes, and I knew that she had been through a lot. I sighed as I began telling her "baby girl, dropping out of high school isn't going to solve any of your problems. It'll just make things harder in life later. I can list several things that it could affect in your future. Most of them would be your income, your family, your daily life, your opportunities, and your happiness. I mean really who wants to work at a low down store their whole life? I won't lie to you going to school is tough. You have to face a lot of things like grades, prier pressure, and bullying. In this generation you have to face a lot, but everything you face makes you stronger. If you think about it in a positive way you could really go though each day without such a big struggle. I would just think about my future. When you make it through high school you could do something you love. You wouldn't have work each day while hating what you are doing. So stop worrying about everything around you, and just focus on your studies. Let's just get out of high school so we can live our lives to the best of our abilities." She looked as if this is something everyone kept telling her. So I pulled her in a hug and said"I promise you, your not the only one who thinks of dropping out. Everyone gets sick of the things that come with being in high school! I know what your thinking this is the same old thing everyone says, but I'm telling you that you will regret it in the future. I'm not here to ramble on about what could go right because I know its hard, but are you really going to quit since things are getting rough? Life is a challenge that you have to face on a daily basis so really this is just getting us prepared for what comes later in life. So I guess that the real question you have to ask yourself would be, is it really worth dropping out now just to hate your life in the future?"

Carnival Cruise Lines
The Carnival Cruise Lines would firstly like to start off with apologizing to all our passengers that were aboard the Triumph. All of you are survivors for dealing with those harsh conditions that you were faced with. I want to personally offer a free cruise to everyone of the people that had to go through that. I can understand that many of you would not even consider going on another one of Carnival Cruise's again. I, myself, could never imagine facing what you had to do. It grieves me to know that people had to go through this. Though you may not want to, I promise that you will never have to face these conditions while on one of my cruise ships again. We have thought it over, and are prepared for any incident if it was to ever occur again. We have set up drains, packed emergency foods that do not require heat, and installed windows to the rooms. We want to make our passengers as comfortable as they can be. Their is a positive side for what happened. Now other ships can prepare for something like this, too. Many of you are probably thinking that because of this you will never use our ship's again, but think about this in a positive way. We now know how people that live like that daily feel, and we are now prepared for it. You can never predict something like this to happen, but now that it has that just means our ships have become better. Give us the chance to prove ourselves worthy of having you to service. I guarantee you will have the time of your life.

Oh Snap!
I made sure I signed myself out of school so no one would search for me. I told the office I would be right back I had to run home real quick to get something important. I went and moved my car. Then headed to my destination. As I walked up to them I knew they wouldn't be able to see me, but I still felt nervous. I wasn't the type to listen into people's conversation or mess with their heads, but who wouldn't have a little fun if they were invisible? I knew I only had an hour so I had to act fast. I started out by listening to what they were talking about, but after awhile that got boring. So I went to the white board while they were talking about crazy things that were so off topic its just unreasonable. I wrote across the board making the marker squeak. Everyone looked up and some of the guys were like it's Momma! I walked around the room moving things around, throwing things, and walked over to one of the girls grabbing their hair throwing it up. People were coming up with some crazy ideas, but they didn't freak out until I opened the door wide open making sure it wouldn't close. Jastan came to shut the door and I pushed him backwards. He freaked out and said "Eveyone for themselves!" I had to try not to laugh because that boy was out of here faster than someone could say oh snap! I looked at the time realizing that I was about to be visible! I took off at a sprint to get back to the place I parked my car. I got back in and headed back to school to see what everyone had to say about the crazy activities in Mrs.Water's English class.

Uhmm, your joking right?
A lot of people are talking about taking out fatty foods and replacing
them with healthy foods. I agree with the fact that we need more healthy
foods, but the way they are doing it is not going to make a difference.
If they take all of the unhealthy snacks then kids are just going to
bring their own or find ways to get fatty foods. The main argument that I
have is if kids want to have fatty foods they will find a way to get
them. So really what is the point of taking unhealthy foods out of
schools when kids will just pig out on the during lunch or after school?
It really has no effect on kids if they do that. They should allow kids
to have the choice of eating healthier, but they should not try to
force it upon them.
